classic hotel, solid experience
great location friendly staff
i found the location central. i appreciated the care and attention to detail in the hotel. the staff was friendly and helpful at reception. ryan stood out. my room included a large bed, a desk, a comfy chair. two stools. a nespresso machine and mini-fridge were convenient.

the hotel staff lavishes guests with cute attention. personal service defines their approach. the staff replenished coffee pods and sugar. they also came to provide cream. this was very useful.

an admirable experience
helpful staff spacious rooms seamless stay
I found the front desk staff accommodating. leona and ryan were especially helpful with local recommendations and travel logistics. Their professionalism stood out. the door and restaurant staff were equally friendly. i noticed the rooms were spacious and comfortable, contributing to a seamless stay.
The in-room nespresso pods were limited. Additional pods incurred a charge. it felt slightly penny-pinching for this standard of hotel.

The concierge impressed me upon arrival. Every staff member seemed warm. The valet team was excellent and attentive. Kirby ensured seamless service. Cocktails at the bar were superb. The martini was excellent. We spent the entire evening there, enjoying the atmosphere and drinks.
